| 摘 要： | 目的探讨开窗减压术治疗口腔颌面部囊肿的意义。方法随机将2017年9月~2018年9月收治的60例口腔颌面部囊肿患者分为两组,每组30例。对照组行常规术式,观察组行开窗减压术,对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组手术时间、住院时间以及并发症发生率等指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论开窗减压术能够有效治疗口腔颌面部囊肿,不仅缩短了住院时间,促进了病情的恢复,且并发症少,安全性高。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the significance of fenestration decompression in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial cysts. Methods Sixty patients with oral and maxillofacial cysts admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,30 in each group. The control group underwent routine operation,and the observation group underwent fenestration decompression. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The operation time,hospitalization time and complication rate of the observation group were significantly better than the control group ( P < 0. 05). Conclusions Window decompression can effectively treat oral and maxillofacial cysts,which not only shortens the hospitalization time,but also promotes the recovery of the disease, with fewer complications and high safety. |
