| 摘 要： | 铁死亡是近十年来提出的新型细胞死亡方式，是一种铁依赖的、以脂质过氧化物积累为特征的细胞死亡过程。铁死亡在肿瘤、神经退行性疾病领域中已有较多研究，但其与心血管疾病的关系少有阐述。该文着重综述铁死亡在各种心血管疾病如冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、心肌梗死、心力衰竭、心肌病、心脏瓣膜病中可能发挥的作用，为未来心血管疾病的治疗提供新思路。 |

| Abstract: | Ferroptosis is a new type of cell death proposed in the last decade, which is characterized by iron-dependent accumulation of lipid peroxides, leading to cell death. Ferroptosis has been widely studied in tumors and neurodegenerative diseases, but its relationship with cardiovascular diseases is seldom studied. This review focuses on the role of ferroptosis in various cardiovascular diseases, such as atherosclerosis, myocardial infarction, heart failure, cardiomyopathy and valvulopathy, so as to provide new methods for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases in the future. |
