阿莫西林分散片的研究

摘    要:
研制了阿莫西林分散片,并对其崩解度、分散性、溶出度等质量指标和稳定性进行了研究。采用比色分光光度法测定阿莫西林分散片的含量。结果表明,分散片可在1~3min内完全崩散,分散性能较好,15min内溶出度明显高于胶囊剂,分别为99.69%±1.37%和55.42%±1.18%。稳定性试验表明,阿莫西林分散片的稳定性较好,但高温80℃不太稳定。

Abstract:
Amoxicillin dispersible tablets (AM-DT) were developed. The disintegration, dispersity, dissolution of AM-DT and their stability were established. The content of AM-DT was determined by using colorimetric method. The results showed that the disintegration of AM-DT was about Imin to 3min, and its dispersity was good. There are significant differences in the cumulative dissolution amounts between AM-DT and capsules. The dissolution amount (%) of AM-DT and capsules in 15 min are 99. 69% and 55. 42% respectively. It was found that the stability of AM-DT meets the standards of requirements. But amox-icillin dispersible tablets at 80 C were not stable. An obvious changes in its appearance, disintegration and content were observed.
