| 摘 要： | 本实验考察了三个不同厂家生产的头孢他啶粉针在5％葡萄糖、5％葡萄糖氯化钠和10％葡萄糖注射液中的稳定性,并采用高效液相色谱法测定头孢他啶含量。结果表明:在35℃条件下,头孢他啶在三种输液中24 h内稳定性较好,含量降低<3％。不同厂家的头孢他啶在输液中的稳定性没有明显差异。这为临床配伍使用头孢他啶提供了实验依据。 |

| Abstract: | A HPLC method was used to test the concentration change of three Ceftazidimes after its combination with routine transfusion solutions. The result showed that Ceftazidimes was stable when combined with 5 % glucose and sodium chloride, 5 % glucose., 10% glucose solution. The content of three Ceftazidimes change <3% in 24 hours, which was informative to clinical combinational usage. |
