| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨主动脉夹层患者在急诊科就诊时的早期急救护理措施。方法:密切观察患者的病情变化,从镇静、止痛,心率、血压控制监护,患者情绪、心理等各个方面进行早期干预和护理。结果:为患者进一步的手术、介入治疗赢得时间。结论:主动脉夹层早期急救护理提高了患者抢救成功率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the nursing of early emergency treatment of aortic dissection in emergency department.Methods：The variation of patients′ condition was monitored carefully,with early intervention and nursing of various aspects in sedation,acesodyne,control and supervision of blood pressure,patients′ mood as well as emotion,etc.Results：Time of advanced operation and interventional therapy was earned.Conclusions：The nursing of early emergency treatment of aortic dissection helps to improve the success rate of patients′ rescue. |
