摘    要:目的观察慢性低压下吸氧对小鼠不同脏器自由基代谢的影响。方法将雄性昆明种小鼠16只随机等分为正常对照组和低压吸氧组。低压吸氧条件为:动物实验低压舱模拟海拔5 500 m低压下吸氧(96%),2 h/d,3 d/周,共8周。对照组正常饲养。于末次实验后次日上午将小鼠断头处死,迅速取脑、心、肺、肝、肾进行超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量测定。结果与正常对照组相比,低压吸氧组小鼠心肌MDA含量和SOD活性明显升高,肾脏MDA含量明显降低,而其余脏器的指标变化不明显。结论慢性低压吸氧可导致小鼠心肌组织的自由基代谢异常。

Abstract:Objective It is to observe the effects of chronic pure oxygen inhalation under low pressure on myocardial free radical metabolism in different organs of mice.Methods Sixteen male mice were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and oxygen inhalation group.The oxygen inhalation group was exposed to pure oxygen(>96%) at simulated 5500 m,2h/d,3d/wk,8wk in total.The mice in the control group were normally fed.The mice were decapitated on the next day of the last exposure,and the brain,heart,lung liver and kindey were quickly removed for measuring superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and malondialdehude(MDA) level.Results Compared with the control group,myocardial MDA level and SOD activity were significantly increased and renal MDA content was decreased in the mice of oxygen inhalation group after chronic pure oxygen inhalation under low pressure.There was no significant difference in these indices in other organs between the two groups.Conclusion Chronic pure oxygen inhalation under low pressure could induce the free radical metabolic disorder in myocardium of mice.
