苦碟子化学成分的分离与鉴定

摘    要:
目的对菊科苦荬菜属植物抱茎苦荬菜[Ixeris sonchifolia(Bge.)Hance]的化学成分进行研究。方法运用硅胶﹑聚酰胺柱色谱﹑Sephadex LH-20柱色谱﹑ODS柱色谱、制备HPLC等分离手段进行化学成分的分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果从苦碟子全草中分离得到4个化合物。分别鉴定为3β-hydroxyolean-12-en-11-one acetate(1)、3,4-dihydroxybenzalacetone(2)、7-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-luteolin-3'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3)、5,7-dihydroxy-4'-methoxy-fla-vone-7-rutinoside(4)。结论这些化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Abstract:
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the whole plant of Ixeris sonchifolia (Bge.) Hance. Methods Four compounds were isolated by chromatographies on silica gel column, polyamide, Sephadex LH-20, ODS column, PHPLC and identified on the basis of physico-chemical constant and spectroscopic analysis. Results Four compounds were separated from the extract of Ixeris sonchifolia. On the basis of chemical and spectral methods .These compounds were elucidated as 3β-hydroxyolean-12-en-11-one acetate(1), 3,4-dihydroxybenzalacetone(2), 7-O-β-D -glucopyranosyl-luteolin-3'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3), 5,7-dihydroxy-4'-methoxyflavone-7-rutinoside(4). Conclusion All these compounds were isolated from this genus for the first time .
