腹腔镜脾切除术治疗ITP的护理

目的:总结腹腔镜脾切除术治疗经内科治疗无效的特发性血小板减少性紫癜的护理措施。方法:回顾性分析2010年6月～2011年3月6例特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者行腹腔镜脾切除术的临床资料。术前做好心理护理、皮肤准备,术后监测生命体征及引流管观察,预防术后出血、血栓形成等并发症。结果:2例中转开腹手术,4例完成腹腔镜脾切除术。随访1个月～2年患者无复发。结论:术前准备充分,术后加强护理,腹腔镜脾切除术治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜安全可行,效果显著。

Nursing of laparoscopic splenectomy for idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.

Objective：To summarize nursing measures of laparoscopic splenectomy（LS）in the treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura（ITP）which was invalid with medical management.Methods：LS was proformed on 6 patients with ITP between June 2010 and March 2011.Psychological care before surgery,skin preparation and postoperative monitoring of vital signs and observation of drainage,prevention of postoperative bleeding,thrombosis and other complications.Results：4 cases completed LS,and 2 cases transfer to the traditional opening abdomen surgery.Intensive care after surgery can reduce postoperative complications,postoperative recovery for patients.No cases recurred after following-up 2 months to 1 years.Conclusion：LS was a feasible skill and the remarkable effect in the treatment of ITP,with adequate preoperative preparation and postoperative intensive care.
