| Abstract: | From 1985 to 1989, six patients with breast carcinoma were treated by radical mastectomy and breast reconstruction was performed with a transeverse latissimus dorsi island myocutaneous flap immediately. All operations were successful. In this paper, several clinical problems are discussed in detail. |
