复杂型股骨髁部骨折的手术治疗

摘    要:目的 探讨复杂型股骨髁部骨折 ,即 AO分类的 C1、C2和 C3型骨折的治疗方法。方法 自 1988年收治复杂型股骨髁部骨折 2 6例 ,采用切开复位、L-梯形加压钢板、预弯的 AO支撑钢板及拉力螺钉内固定。结果 随访 6个月~ 3年 ,优良率达 84 .6 %。结论 认为采用切开复位内固定治疗复杂型股骨髁部骨折是可行的 ,术后应早期非负重性功能锻炼 ,对合并多处骨折者应同时一期切开复位内固定。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the treatment for complex fractures of the femoral condyle,namely C1?C2 and C3 of AO classification. Methods We reviewed 26 cases of complex fractures of the femoral condyle treated by internal fixation with L-trapaezoid compression plate(L-TCP) or bending AO support plate and lag screw. Results The follow-up was 6 to 36 months. Of these,good result was in 84.6 %. Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation may be used for treatment of complex fracture of the femoral condyle. The early functional exercises without weight-bearing are necessary except for those severe fracture. The multiple fracture should be fixed at one stage.
