加兰他敏与美金刚治疗阿尔茨海默病型痴呆对照研究

目的比效加兰他敏与美金刚对轻、中度阿尔茨海默病型痴呆的疗效。方法选取47例符合阿尔茨海默病型痴呆诊断标准（DSM—IV—TR）的患者,随机分为加兰他敏组,美金刚组,分别对两组进行12周治疗,在12周末分别对两组进行疗效评估。结果两组认知功能障碍有效率分别为54．2％和47．8％,无显著性差异（P〉0．05）;不良反应分别为33-3％和39．1％,两组比较无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论上述两药对轻、中度阿尔茨海默病型痴呆认知功能障碍均有较好的疗效,不良反应相似。

Galantamine and Memantine in Treatment of Alzheimer's Dementia: A Comparative Study

Objective To compare the treatment efficacy and side effects of galantamine and memantine in the treatment mild and moderate Alzheimer＇s dementia. Methods Forty-seven eases of Alzheimer＇s dementia were randomly assigned to two groups： galantamine group and memantine group, with a 12 - week treatment, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated at the end of 12th week. Results The clinical response rates of cognitive functioning disorder of the two groups were 54.2% and 47.8%, respectively, with no significant difference （P〉0.05） The two groups showed 33.3% and 39.1% of the side effects, with no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Both galantamine and memantine show a good effect in the treatment of cognitive functioning disorder of Alzheimer＇s dementia and have similar side effects .
