摘    要:目的]建立同时测定玉女煎中芒果苷、β-蜕皮甾酮、毛蕊花糖苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法]采用Ultimate XB-C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速:1.0 m L/min;检测波长:250 nm(芒果苷、β-蜕皮甾酮)和330 nm(毛蕊花糖苷)。结果]芒果苷、β-蜕皮甾酮、毛蕊花糖苷质量浓度在10.0~400.0μg/m L(r=0.999 9)、2.4~96μg/m L(r=0.999 9)、2.0~80μg/m L(r=0.999 9)范围内线性关系良好,3种成分的平均加样回收率(n=9)分别为100.2%、101.0%、98.1 8%,RSD分别为2.73%、1.95%、1.39%。结论]该方法简便,重复性好,可为玉女煎的质量控制提供参考。
