| 摘 要： | 目的：建立简便、快速、价廉的MEIA确证HBsAg的方法。方法：采用国产多抗HBsAb及标准阴性血清依据中和试验的原理建立MEIA确证HBsAg的方法。同时采用Abbott确证HBsAg试剂盒分别对80例血清标本进行确证并评价其结果。结果：该法能够对在线性范围内的HBsAg“阳性”标本（2．1－3000S／N）进行确证,对＞300S／N以上的HBsAg“阳性”标本应当进行适当稀释。然后再进行确证;采用两种方法对80例HBsAg“阳性”标本同时进行确证试验,两法符合率为100％。结论：该法操作简便、成本低廉、结果易判断,在常规检测中可以替代Abbott确证HBsAg试剂盒。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a simple,rapid,cheap method which is used to confirm HBsAg. Methods According to the principle of neutralization,a method which is used to confirm HBsAg was established with multi-clone anti-HBs of A-CON laboratories. Inc, and index calibrator of Abbott confirm HBsAg kit. Results HBsAg which ranges from 2.1 to 300 S/N and diluted HBsAg when the concentration of it exceeded 300 S/N could be neutralised. The results showed no difference that 80 "positive" HBsAg samples were confirmed by the method and Abbott confirm HBsAg kit. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid ,cheap and it can take the place of Abbott confirm HBsAg kit. |
