糖尿病周围神经病变“络损”辨证属性的研究

摘    要:目的]采用益气法、养血法、养阴法、温阳法,观察其对链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的糖尿病周围神经病变大鼠坐骨神经Na~+-K~+-ATP酶活性变化的影响,反证DPN"络损"的辨证属性。方法]采用STZ诱导的糖尿病大鼠模型,随机分为模型组、益气组、养血组、养阴组、温阳组,另设正常对照组。益气组灌胃四君子汤;养血组灌胃四物汤;养阴组灌胃六味地黄汤;温阳组灌胃金匮肾气丸;模型组和正常对照组灌胃同容积的蒸馏水,连续8周,观察糖尿病大鼠坐骨神经Na~+-K~+-ATP酶活性、血糖等指标的变化。结果]模型组较正常组大鼠坐骨神经Na~+-K~+-ATP酶活性明显降低(P<0.05),益气组、养阴组能明显提高Na~+-K~+-ATP酶活性,养血组、温阳组较模型组有所提高,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论]糖尿病周围神经病变"络损"的中医辨证属性以气阴两虚为主。

Abstract: Objective ] Use nourish Qi method, blood nouorishing method, nourishing yin method, warm Yang method, Observe the effect of streptozotocin (STZ) - induced diabetic rat sciatic nerve peripheral neuropathy Na+ -K+ -ATP activity changes, disprove DPN " Luosun " of the dialectical properties. Method] Use STZ - induced diabetic rat model, Randomly divided into model group, nourish Qi group, blood nouorishing group, nourishing yin group, warm Yang group, normal control group. Nourish Qi group intragastric ad- ministration decoction of four noble drugs;blood nouorishing group intragastric administration decoction of four ingredients;nourishing yin group intragastric administration Rehmanniae Decoction of Six Ingredients ; warm Yang group intragastric administration chinkuei shin chewan pills ; Model group and normal control group was given the same volume of distilled water for 8 weeks, diabetic rat sciatic nerve Na +- K + - ATP activity, blood glucose and other indicators of change. Results ] Model group than in normal rats, the sciatic nerve Na + - K + - ATP activity was significantly reduced (P 〈 0.05 ) , nourish Qi group, nourishing yin group could significandy enhance the Na + - K + - ATP activity, nourishing blood group, yang group than in model group has increased, but no statistical significance (P 〉0.05 ). Conclusion] Diabetic peripheral neuropathy "Luosun" in TCM mainly attribute to Qi and Yin deficiency.
