术前口服止痛药配合人性化护理对商环包皮术患者疼痛的影响

目的：探讨术前口服止痛药配合人性化护理对商环包皮环切术患者术后疼痛的影响。方法：将2011年6月-2012年6月在本院进行商环包皮环切术的患者228例随机分为两组，实验组（114例）和对照组（114例），对照组采用常规的术前护理，实验组采用术前121服止痛药并配合人性化护理，比较两组患者术后对疼痛的影响。结果：实验组术后24h内未出现剧烈疼痛患者，而对照组有31例出现剧烈疼痛甚至晕倒，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论：术前口服止痛药并实施人性化护理可有效降低商环包皮环切术患者术后的疼痛，提高患者围手术期的生活质量。

The Impact on Preoperative Oral Analgesics Combined with Humane Care in the Postoperative Pain Undergoing Circumcision with the Chinese Shang Ring

Objective： To investigate the impact on preoperative oral analgesics combined with the humane care of postoperative pain undergoing circumcision with the Chinese Shang Ring. Method： A total of 228 patients undergoing circumcision with the Chinese Shang Ring in our hospital from June 2011 to 2012 were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group （ 114 cases ） and control group （ 114 cases ）, control group received conventional preoperative oral analgesics preoperative care, the experimental group received preoperative oral analgesics combined with humane care. To compare the postoperative pain between the two groups. Result： No patient had severe pain in experimental group after 24 h, while 31 patients had severe pain and even fainting in the control group, which showed statistically significance between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Preoperative oral analgesics and implement humane c~e can effectively reduce the postoperative pain undergoing circumcision with the Chinese Shang Ring, and improve the quality of life in the perioperative.
