| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨鼻内镜手术治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎疗效.方法:对21例非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎在鼻内镜下遵循功能性、微创性和个性化的手术理念,手术方式要根据病变范围和程度而定,行Messerklinger术式.结果:21例中18例一次性治愈.1例上颌窦炎和2例蝶窦炎分别于术后7个月、9个月和12个月复发,经再次手术后治愈,治愈率... |
