摘    要:目的:探索适合综合性医院的护理人力资源管理模式。方法:通过对医院护理人力资源现状分析,提出科学管理措施并实施。结果:降低了护理人力投入成本,发挥了护理人力的最大效能,提高了护理质量和病人满意度。结论:科学合理地利用人力资源,是护理质量与服务的基本保证,顺应了护理工作和医疗卫生改革的发展。

Abstract:Objectives: To explore the suitable nursing human resource management model in general hospital. Methods: status analysis and measure analysis. Results: Human resource cost in nursing was reduced. Effectiveness and efficiency of nursing management were increased. Nursing quality and patient satisfaction were improved. Conclusions: scientific and rational using human resource was the basic grantee of nursing quality and nursing service. It matched nursing management and health reform and development.
