3种黄体支持方法在体外受精-胚胎移植术后对妊娠结局的影响

目的探讨3种黄体支持方法对不孕患者体外受精-胚胎移植（in vitro fertility and embryo transfer,IVF-ET）术后妊娠结局的影响。方法对240例进行IVF-ET的不孕患者进行回顾性分析,按取卵后不同的黄体支持方法分为3组,每组80例。A组采用口服黄体酮胶囊进行黄体支持;B组采用地屈孕酮片进行黄体支持;C组采用肌肉注射黄体酮针剂进行黄体支持。结果 A、B、C组3组所获得的临床妊娠率、异位妊娠率、多胎妊娠率及早期流产率均无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论对不孕患者在IVF-ET术后口服黄体酮胶囊或口服地屈孕酮进行黄体支持与肌肉注射黄体酮针剂进行黄体支持所获得的妊娠结局是一致的,在临床上可以考虑将口服孕酮替代黄体酮针剂进行黄体支持。

The effect of three supporting ways for the corepus luteum on pregnant outcomes after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer

Objective To study the effect of three supporting ways for the corepus luteum on pregnant outcomes after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer（IVF-ET）. Methods The data of 240 dysgenesia patients undergoing IVF–ET were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into Group A （simple progesterone capsules） with 80 cases、Group B（simple dydrogesterone tablet） 80 cases and Group C（simple intramuscular progesterone） 80 cases according different supporting methods for the corepus luteum. Results There were no significant differences in clinic pregnancy rate,the ectopic pregnancy rate,multiple pregnancy rate and the early abortion rate among three groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Three projects had the same pregnancy outcome as the results of the patients undergoing IVF–ET so the supporting way for the corepus luteum of oral progesterone may replace the way of progesterone ampul after IVF-ET.
