甲蓉片对子宫内膜腺癌裸鼠移植瘤超微结构的影响

目的：观察甲蓉片对子宫内膜腺癌裸鼠移植瘤超微结构的影响。方法：利用子宫内膜腺癌细胞株HEC-1-B制备裸小鼠移植瘤模型。接种10天成瘤后，成瘤率100％。将荷瘤裸鼠随机分为3组（甲蓉片组、雌激素组、空白对照组）。成瘤后每天分别灌服含甲蓉片、倍美力的药液及生理盐水，28d后处死裸鼠，在透射电镜下观察3组移植瘤的超微结构。结果：3组均表现为肿瘤细胞增生分裂活跃与细胞凋亡、细胞坏死同时存在的现象。雌激素组与另2组比较，肿瘤细胞多处于增生活跃期。甲蓉片组肿瘤细胞中细胞溶解、死亡及凋亡的比例较多，与空白对照组一致。结论：甲蓉片对裸鼠移植瘤细胞生长无明显影响，可作为该药改善围绝经期诸证的安全性的重要依据之一。

Effect of Ultranstructure Change on Transplanted Endometrial Carcinoma of Nude Mice after Treatment of Pill Jiarong

Objective： To study the effect of uhranstructure change on transplanted endometrial carcinoma of nude mice after treatment of Pill Jiarong. Methods：At first HEC-1-B cell line was inoculated subcutaneously into nude mice and grew progressively, Nude mice were divided into three groups randomly： Pill Jiarong group, Premarin group and Control group. Treated with Pill Jiarong, Premarin and normal saline respectively for 28 days then killed them, To observe the ultrastructure of carcinoma of three groups under transmission electron microscopy（TEM）. Results： Three groups of tumor ceils represented both hyperplastic,fissiparous actively, and cytoelasis ,apoptosis. Compare with the other two groups, tumor cells of Premarin group represented hyperplastic and fissiparous actively mostly. Tumor ceils of group Pill Jiarong mostly represented miosis, cytoclasis, cytolysis and apoptosis. It is in an identical manner with Control group. Conclusion ： Pill Jiarong has no distinct effect on transplanted endometrial carcinoma of nude mice,it will be one of the important prove for improving the symptom of Perimenopansal period.
