| 摘 要： | 从顺时养生的角度讲,五月九毒,远离房事,有一定道理,但没有这么绝对,更没有这么可怕。主要在于提醒男性夏日房事要注意节制,以保存阳气、固守阴精,从而达到"长生久视"的养生目的。
