腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术对卵巢功能及性生活质量的影响

目的:探究与分析腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术对卵巢功能及性生活质量的影响。方法:选取我院自2013年9月至2016年8月收治的腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术患者118例,按照手术不同分为对照组(n=30例)与观察组(n=88例),对照组给予开腹手术切除卵巢囊肿治疗,观察组给予腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术,对比两组患者手术时间、出血量、住院时间、卵巢功能及性生活质量。结果:观察组与对照组相比手术时间缩短、出血量减少、住院时间缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组术后与术前相比FSH升高、LH升高、E--_2降低、卵泡数降低、卵巢体积缩小,观察组术后与对照组术后相比上述指标改变程度更小,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组与对照术组相比每周性生活频率增加,性唤起时间缩短,获得高潮时间延长,性生活满意度升高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术相比于开腹手术切除卵巢囊肿,对患者卵巢功能影响较小,缩短了手术时间及住院时间,减少了术中出血量,有效地改善了性生活质量。

Effect of laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal treatment on ovarian function and quality of sexual life

Objectives:To investigate the effect of laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal treatment on ovarian function and sexual life quality.Methods:118 patients received laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal surgery in our hospital from September 2013 to August 2016 were selected.According to the surgery mode,they were divided into control group (n =30) and observation group (n =88).Control group received laparotomy ovarian cyst removal treatment,and observation group was given laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal treatment.Operation time,blood loss,hospital stay,ovarian function and sexual life quality two groups of patients were compared.Results:The operation time,blood loss and hospital stay of observation group were all better than these of control group,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).FSH and LH of both groups were increased.E2,number of follicles and ovarian volume were reduced.The postoperative change in above indexes in observation group was smaller than that of control group,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with control group,the weekly frequency of sex was increased,sexual arousal time was shortened and sexual satisfaction was increased in observation group,all with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Compared with open surgery,laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal surgery has smaller effect on the ovarian function of patients,which shortens the operation time and hospital stay,reduces intraoperative blood loss and effectively improves the quality of sexual life.
