两种不同子宫全切方式对患者妇科内分泌以及性生活质量的影响研究

目的:分析两种不同子宫全切方式对患者妇科内分泌以及性生活质量的影响。方法:随机选择我院2014年1月至2015年1月收治的行子宫全切术的患者90例为研究对象,随机平均分成观察组和对照组,对照组利用传统开腹方法进行子宫全切治疗,观察组利用腹腔镜进行子宫全切手术治疗,比较两组内分泌情况以及性生活质量。结果:两组内分泌情况以及性生活质量评分比较没有显著差异,但是观察组术中出血、住院时间、手术时间、肛门排气、尿管留置时间均低于对照组。结论:相较于传统开腹子宫全切治疗,腹腔镜用于子宫全切治疗中能够减少术中出血和手术时间及住院时间,值得临床推广。

Effect of two different methods of hysterectomy on the endocrine and sexual life quality of patients

Objectives:To analyze the effect of two kinds of hysterectomy on the gynecological endocrine and sexual quality of life of patients.Methods:90 patients underwent hysterectomy in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group used the traditional open hysterectomy for treatment,while the observation group received laparoscopic hysterectomy.The endocrine and sexual life quality of the two groups was compared.Results:Difference in endocrine and sexual life quality scores between the two groups was not significant,but the intraoperative bleeding,hospitalization time,operation time,the anus exhaust and catheter indwelling time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.Conclusion:Compared with traditional open hysterectomy,the laparoscopic hysterectomy can reduce the intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time,which is worthy of clinical application.
