他达那非治疗慢性前列腺炎合并勃起功能障碍的临床效果研究

目的:探讨他达那非治疗慢性前列腺炎合并勃起功能障碍的临床效果,为临床治疗提供依据。方法:通过分析2013年5月至2014年8月医院收治的146例慢性前列腺炎合并勃起功能障碍患者的临床资料,随机分为观察组和对照组各73例,两组患者均给予常规治疗,观察组常规治疗基础上联合他达那非治疗,治疗结束分析两组临床疗效和患者勃起功能恢复情况。结果:治疗结束观察组临床有效率91.78%显著高于对照组的75.34%,比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗前两组患者NIH-CPSI、IIEF-5评分无显著差异(P0.05),治疗结束观察组NIH-CPSI评分明显下降且显著低于对照组,而IIEF-5评分显著提高同时高于对照组,治疗结束后两项指标比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:他达那非用于慢性前列腺炎并发勃起功能障碍患者临床治疗可有效减轻患者临床症状、恢复患者勃起功能,疗效显著值得临床推广。

Clinical effect of tadalafil for treatment of chronic prostatitis combined erectile dysfunction

Objectives:To investigate the effect of tadalafil for treatment of chronic prostatitis combined with erectile dysfunction,to provide basis for its clinical treatment.Methods:Analysis on the clinical data of 146 patients with chronic prostatitis and ED in our hospital from May 2013 to August 2014 was conducted.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 73 cases.All the patients were given conventional treatment,and on such basis observation group received additional tadalafil.The treatment efficacy and recovery of erectile function was compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment efficiency of observation group was 91.78％,significantly higher than that of control group (75.34％),with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Difference in NIH-CPSI and IIEF-5 scores between the two groups before treatment was not significant difference (P ＞ 0.05),the end of treatment observation group NIH-CPSI scores were significantly decreased and significantly lower than the control group,while the IIEF-5 scores were significantly higher than at the same time increase,two indicators of the end of treatment difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Tadalafil for erectile dysfunction,chronic prostatitis complicated by the clinical treatment of patients can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms,restore erectile function in patients,a significant effect worthy of promotion.
