| 摘 要： | 胚胎停育指孕早期宫腔内胚胎停育或死亡,是产科常见的疑难病。目前的研究表明其发病原因复杂多样,主要与感染因素、免疫因素、遗传因素、环境因素及内分泌环境因素等相关,但其发生和发展机制至今尚未完全阐明,且对于男性因素不够关注与重视。本文对目前胚胎停育男性因素相关研究进行系统梳理、剖析、归纳,为深入地寻求胚胎停育的研究和治疗策略提供思路。 |

| Abstract: | Embryo damage refers to the fact embryo stops developing or dies inside uterine cavity in the early period.As the most common difficult and complicated disease,it is considered to be pathologically complicated and diverse,mainly because of factors about infection,immunity,genes,environment and endocrine.However,itsmechanism of pathogenesis and development is still completely unclear.Besides,inadequate attention is paid to male factors.In this paper,studies about current male factors of embryo damage are systematically classified,analyzed and summarized,to provide ideas for improving and intensively exploring research and treatment strategies for embryo damage. |
