前列腺增生患者下尿路症状对勃起功能的影响分析

目的:探讨前列腺增生患者下尿路症状对患者勃起功能的影响,为前列腺增生患者的临床治疗方案优化提供参考。方法:选择2014年2月至2016年2月我院收治的72例前列腺增生患者作为研究对象,采用国际前列腺症状评分量表(IPSS)对患者的下尿路症状进行分析,按照评分的高低将患者分为三组,分别为轻度下尿路症状设为轻度组、中度下尿路症状设为中度组、重度下尿路症状设为重度组,采用国际勃起功能问卷调查表(IIEF-5)对上述患者进行勃起功能调查,分析不同下尿路症状前列腺患者勃起功能差异,采用生活质量评分(QOL)对不同程度下尿路症状患者的生活质量进行评分并比较,采用pesrson相关性分析软件对患者的IPSS评分与IIEF-5评分进行相关性分析。结果:三组下尿路症状患者的勃起功能指数比较差异有统计学意义(F=5.149,P0.05),其中重度下尿路症状组患者的勃起功能评分明显低于轻度组与中度组,中度组明显低于轻度组,组间两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。三组生活质量评分行方差比较,差异有统计学意义,轻度组评分明显高于中度和重度组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),但中重度组患者组间比较差异无统计学意义。勃起功能指数和IPSS评分相关性分析,结果显示,两者之间相关系数为0.138,差异无统计学意义。结论:前列腺增生患者下尿路症状程度不同,其勃起功能具有一定的差异,但勃起功能指数和下尿路症状评分之间相关性差,说明下尿路症状不是影响前列腺增生患者勃起功能指数的因素,临床治疗应综合分析患者情况采取治疗措施。

Effect of lower urinary tract symptoms on erectile function in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia

Objectives:To investigate the effect of lower urinary tract symptoms on erectile function in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH),in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of patients with BPH.Methods:72 patients with BPH from February 2014 to February 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The lower urinary tract symptoms were analyzed using the International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS).The 72 patients were divided into three groups according to the score level,i.e.slightly lower urinary tract symptoms as mild group,moderate lower urinary tract symptoms as moderate group and severe lower urinary tract symptoms as severe group.The erectile function was analyzed using the international index of erectile function questionnaire (IIEF-5),and the difference in prostate erectile function between patients with different lower urinary tract symptoms was analyzed.The quality of life of patients with different degree of urinary tract symptoms was compared through quality of life score (QOL).Pesrson correlation analysis software was used to analyze the correlation of IPSS score and IIEF-5 score.Results:There were statistically significant differences in the erectile function between patients with different degree of urinary tract symptoms (F =5.149,P ＜ 0.05),where the erectile function score of those with severe lower urinary tract symptoms was significantly lower than the mild group and that of the moderate group was significantly lower than that of the mild group,all with significant differences (P ＜ 0.05).Difference in the quality of life score was statistically significant between the three groups,where that of mild group was significantly higher than that of moderate and severe group (P ＜ 0.05),but difference between the severe group and moderate group was not statistically significant.According to the erectile function index and IPSS score correlation analysis,the correlation coefficient between the two was 0.138,without statistically significant difference.Conclusion:The erectile function of BPH patients with different degree of lower urinary tract symptoms is different,but the correlation between IPSS score and IIEF-5 score is poor,which indicates the lower urinary tract symptoms are not a major influencing factor of erectile function.Comprehensive analysis should be conducted before taking any treatment measures.
