脑脊液白细胞数、蛋白含量以及RPR滴度在晚期梅毒治疗中的指示作用

目的:考察脑脊液白细胞数、蛋白含量以及RPR滴度在晚期梅毒治疗中的指示作用。方法:分析100例晚期梅毒患者临床资料依据治疗效果分为有效组(71例)、失败组(10例)和固定组(19例)。比较三组患者脑脊液白细胞数、蛋白含量以及RPR滴度在治疗前、治疗半个月和治疗1个月时的变化。结果:治疗前三组患者脑脊液白细胞数、蛋白含量以及RPR滴度差异无统计学意义(P0.05),治疗后1个月失败组患者脑脊液蛋白含量显著高于有效组患者(P0.05)。治疗1个月后失败组患者脑脊液RPR滴度显著高于固定组和有效组患者(P0.05)。失败组和固定组脑脊液蛋白含量显著高于有效组患者(P0.05)。结论:监测晚期梅毒患者脑脊液蛋白含量及RPR滴度有助于及早判断梅毒治疗效果。

Index effect of cerebrospinal fluid leukocyte count,protein content and RPR titer in the treatment of advanced syphilis

Objectives:To investigate the index effects of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leukocyte count,protein content and RPR titer in the treatment of advanced syphilis.Methods:The clinical data of 100 patients with advanced syphilis were divided into effective group (n =71),failure group (n =10) and fixed group (n =19).Changes in CSF leukocyte count,protein content and RPR titer before treatment,half a month and a month after treatment were compared among the three groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in CSF leukocyte count,protein content and RPR titer among the three groups (P ＞ 0.05).A month after treatment,the protein content in the failure group was significantly higher than that in the effective group (P ＜ 0.05) and the cerebrospinal fluid RPR titer of the failed group was significantly higher than that in the fixed group and the effective group (P ＜ 0.05).CSF protein levels in the failure group and the fixed group were significantly higher than that in the effective group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Monitoring of CSF protein content and RPR titer in patients with advanced syphilis is helpful to determine the effect of syphilis treatment as soon as possible.
