光动力疗法联合中药外治尖锐湿疣的临床效果研究

目的:研究光动力疗法联合中药外治尖锐湿疣的临床效果。方法:以我院2013年2月至2016年2月收治的312例确诊尖锐湿疣患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组各156例。在进行微波皮损治疗后,研究组采用光动力疗法联合中药外洗,对照组采用光动力疗法,对两组临床疗效和不良反应情况进行比较分析。结果:研究组治疗有效率为95.51%,高于对照组的77.56%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。研究组复发率为3.21%,低于对照组的13.46%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。研究组和对照组分别有14例和13例光照部位有轻微红肿,两组均未见溃疡、溃烂等不良反应。结论:光动力疗法联合中药外治尖锐湿疣疗效确切,复发率较低,具有较好依从性,不良反应较小,可进行临床推广。

Clinical study of photodynamic therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine on treating condyloma acuminatum

Objectives:To study the clinical effect of photodynamic therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine on condyloma acuminatum.Methods:312 patients with condyloma acuminatum from February 2013 to February 2016 were randomly divided into study group (n =156) and control group (n =156).After the treatment of microwave skin lesions treatment,study group received photodynamic therapy with traditional Chinese medicine and control group received photodynamic therapy.Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups were analyzed.Results:The effective rate of study group was 95.51％,which was higher than that of the control group (77.56％).The difference between two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The relapse rate of study group was 3.21％,which was lower than that of the control group (13.46％).The difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).In study group and control group,there were 14 cases and 13 cases with mild redness and swelling.No ulcers or ulceration occurred in two groups.Conclusion:Photodynamic therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine is effective in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum,with low relapse rate,better compliance and less adverse reaction,which can be popularized in clinical practice.
