剖宫产与阴道分娩对女性产后性功能影响观察

目的:观察剖宫产与阴道分娩对女性产后性功能影响。方法:随机选取我院产科2015年3月至2015年8月间收治的分娩产妇共100例,分为两组,研究组产妇予以剖宫产分娩,对照组给予阴道分娩,比较两组产妇的性生活恢复时间、产后3个月、6个月的性生活质量及产后性交痛发生率。结果:与对照组相比,研究组产妇在产后3个月的性生活恢复率和性生活质量更高,有统计学意义,P0.05;对照组与研究组产妇产后6个月的性生活质量和产后性交痛发生率数据差异,没有统计学意义,P0.05。结论:剖宫产可以缩短性生活恢复率和提高产后3个月之内的性生活质量,但在产后半年之后,剖宫产与阴道分娩对女性产后性功能的影响没有差异性,因此,不能将选择剖宫产视为保护性功能的手术原因。

Effect of cesarean section and vaginal delivery on the postpartum sexual function

Objectives:To observe the effect of cesarean section and vaginal delivery on postpartum sexual function.Methods:A total of 100 patients admitted in our hospital from March 2015 to August 2015 were randomly selected and divided into 2 groups.The study group received cesarean section,while the control group adopted vaginal delivery.The recovery time of sex life,3-month and 6-month postpartum sexual life quality and incidence rate of dyspareunia were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with control group,the 3-month postpartum recovery rate of sexual life and quality of sex life in study group was higher,with statistically significant difference,P ＜ 0.05.Difference in the 6-month postpartum sexual life quality and incidence of dyspareunia was not statistically significant between the two group,P ＞ 0.05.Conclusion:The cesarean section can shorten the recovery time of sex life and improve the 3-month postpartum quality of sex life,but no significant difference is found at 6-month postpartum comparison.
