变压性眩晕的发生机制和预防措施

摘    要:目的回顾变压性眩晕(AV)发生机制和预防措施的研究现状,提出进一步研究AV的建议。资料来源与选择国内外本领域正式发表的研究论文和综述。资料引用引用文献35篇。资料综合简要概述了有关AV发生机制的各种不同观点和预防措施。结论国内外对飞行员AV机制的研究已经取得了一定的成果,但该领域突破性进展还不多,应继续研究,为航卫保障尤其是为新机部队的航卫保障服务。

Abstract:Objective To summarize the studies on the mechanism and the preventive measures of alternobaric vertigo (AV). Literature resource and selection Research papers and reviews in this field home and abroad. Literature quotation Thirty five published papers were cited. Literature synthesis Different viewpoints about the mechanism of AV and its preventive measures were briefly introduced. Conclusion The exact mechanism of AV is not well known. Further investigation in this field is needed for the flying safety of aviators, especially high performance fighter pilots.
