| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血液透析串联血液灌流对维持性血液透析患者皮肤瘙痒的治疗和护理效果。方法血液透析+血液灌流30例,治疗前后观察钙、磷、微球蛋白、甲状旁腺激素的变化以及皮肤瘙痒缓解情况。结果血液透析+血液灌流患者的缓解率为64%,治疗后磷、微球蛋白、甲状旁腺激素有明显下降。结论血液透析+血液灌流能够有效改善维持性血液透析患者皮肤瘙痒症状,提高患者的生活质量。

Hemoperfusion and Hemodialysis in Treatment of Uremic Pruritus:Analysis of 30 Cases |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the efficacy of hemoperfusion and hemodialysis in treatment and nursing of uremic pruritus in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods 30 cases of patients were treated with hemoperfusion and hemodialysis to observe the changes of calci-um,phosphorus,micro-globulin,parathyroid hormone and skin pruritus remission before and after treatment. Results Hemoperfusion and hemodialysis patients had the pruritus remission rate of 64%,with phosphorus,micro-globulin,parathyroid hormone decreasing significantly after treatment. Conclusions Hemodialysis and hemoperfusion can effectively improve the maintenance hemodialysis patients with pruritus symptoms,and their quality of life. |
