益母草注射液配合宫腔水囊压迫止血法在前置胎盘剖宫产术后出血的应用

目的探讨益母草注射液配合宫腔水囊压迫止血法治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的临床效果。方法将40例前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血患者随机分为实验组和对照组。在剖宫产术中,对照组采用宫腔水囊压迫止血,实验组在宫腔水囊压迫的基础上,术中予子宫下段肌层注射益母草注射液80mg,以后每12小时肌肉注射益母草注射液1次,每次40mg,连续注射3d。观察两组患者术中、产后2h、产后24h时出血量,并观察治疗期间的不良反应。结果两组治疗方法均达到了止血目的,实验组患者术后2h出血量、术后24h出血量均明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组治疗期间无明显不良反应。结论益母草注射液配合宫腔水囊压迫止血法能更有效地减少前置胎盘剖宫产术后出血,安全性较好。

Motherwort injection combined with intrauterine cystic compression hemostasis of bleeding after cesarean section in placenta previa application

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Motherwort injection combined with Bladders oppression on the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of Placenta praevia after caesarean section. Methods 40 patients with Placenta previa postpartum hemorrhage were randomLy divided into experimental and control groups. Experimental group was given Motherwort injection to the lower uterine segment after bladders oppression during the caesarean section and intramuscularly administrated Motherwort injection till 3 days after surgery; whereas control group only be treated with bladders oppression. The following items were recorded, volumes of intra- operative hemorrhage, postpartum hemorrhage at 2 hours, 24 hours after caesarean section, and side-effects during treatment. Results Two groups of treatment were achieved hemostasis purposes. The intra-operative bleeding volume was similar between two groups. The volumes of postpartum bleedin in experimental group was less than that of control group （P 0.05） at 2 hours and 24 hours after caesarean section. Two groups had no significant side-effects during treatment. Conclusion Motherwort injection combined with bladders oppression was safe and efficient for preventing postpartum hemorrhage of Placenta praevia after caesarean section, and it was particularly suitable for the primary hospital.
