社区人群生命质量的系统分析

目的 随着医学模式的转变和人们对健康需求的提高，医学的发展目标更注重生命的质量(Quslity of life，QOL)，并将其应用于研究卫生资源的配置、社区卫生服务质量的评价等等。方法 遵循系统综合集成方法(M—S)理论，结合专家组的意见，吸取了不同学派的理论精华和前人研究的宝贵经验、根据研究目的，通过多种途径收集的各种总体资料。从身体素质和生存环境两个子系统、七个层次来综合评价贵阳市社区人群QOL系统现状。结果 系统方法指导下进行的QOL系统评价结果显示，贵阳市社区人群QOL处于中等偏下水平，低于部分直辖市和地级市，还有待进一步提高。结论 运用系统方法研究生命质量弥补了以往社会学和医学研究QOL内涵的缺陷，充分考虑了环境因素以及人与环境的相互作用，实现了主观评价与客观评价的结合。

System analysis of quality of life in community population

Objectives With the changing of medical model and the improvement of people's health requirement, the goal of medical development is attaching more importance to quality of life(QOL) than quantity of life. The theory of QOL can be used to health resource's planning and the quality evaluation of community health services, and so on. Methods The QOL status of population in Guiyang was evaluated by two subsystems (body quality and living environments) and seven elements. This research was based on the Meta-synthesis theory, referring to the experts' opinions, absorbing the various theories and the predecessors' valuable experience, combining data collection and the investigation. Results QOL of Guiyang population was at middle level in 1998, and was lower than those of other municipalities and the provincial cities. Conclusions The application of systems method in evaluating QOL makes up the connotative shortcomings in sociological or medical research. The environmental factors and the interaction between human and environment were considered as important factors. So the subjective evaluation was combined with objective evaluation.
