| 摘 要： | 作者对38例肺部绿脓杆菌感染的临床资料进行分析。全部病人都各有其基础疾病,尽管都用了各种抗绿脓杆菌药物,其死亡率仍有50%,13例带菌出院,仅6例获得治愈。文中对医院内感染因素及本病的防治作了简要的讨论。 |

| Abstract: | The clinical data of 38 patients suffe-red from pseudomonas aeruginosa infectionof the lungs are analysed. The underlyingdisease varied from case to case. Althoughvarious kinds of antimicrobials against P.aeruginosa were applied, there was still a50% mortality. 13 cases were carriersafter discharge from the hospital, and on-ly 6 cases got cured. Brief discussionsare made about the infectious factors-occurred in the hospital along with the-treatment and prevention of the illness. |
