| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨儿童臀肌挛缩症的发病原因和治疗方法。方法：对采用髂嵴松解术、挛缩组织切断术及阔筋膜张肌腱膜转位术治疗的６８例患儿的发病原因，术后效果等进行了随访分析。结果：发现有臀部多次注射史者５７例，加用苯甲醇者３８例，无或少臀部肌肉注射史者１１例。获随访的５５例患儿治愈４５例，好转７例，无效３例。结论：臀部多次加用苯甲醇肌注是该病的常见原因，挛缩组织切断术和阔筋膜张肌腱膜转位术是治疗该病的最好方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:In confirm the cause and treatment of gluteus contracture in children.Methods: 68 cases were studied on cause,effect after transposition of tensor fascia lata,dividing the contractures etc.Results: 57 cases were injected in gluteus frequently and 38 cases were injected in gluteus with phenylmethanol.11 cases were seldom or not injected in gluteus.45 cases are well,7 cases take effect and 3 cases are of no effect in 55 cases gained follow up.Conclusion:This kind of disease is often caused by injected with phenylmethanol in gluteus frequently.Dividing the contractures and transposition of tensor fascia lata are better methods of treating gluteus contracture in children. |
