| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨金边瑞香提取液对小鼠的镇痛作用。方法：用小鼠扭体法、热板法及电刺激法观察其镇痛作用。结果：金边瑞香提取液对醋酸引起的扭体反应、热板法及电刺激法诱发的疼痛呈剂量依赖性镇痛作用，此作用不被纳络酮所对抗。结论：金边瑞香提取液具有镇痛作用。 |

| Abstract: | objective:To study on analgesic effect of Daphne odora Var.M arginata extract(DOVM) on amouse model.Methods:The effects were observed through the methods that caused analgesic effect in mice by hot board or by acetic acid inducing mice writhing or by the elecrtric spur.Results:the solution of DOVM co u ld reduce the writhing time induced by acetic acid and distinctly increased mice pain threshold by hot board,and by the electric stimulation,it showed Dose-depe ndent effect,The antagonist naloxone could not reverse the antalgesic effct of D OVM.Conclusion:The solution of Daphne odora Var.Marginata(DOVM) obviously has an algesic effect. |
