易捷QS-A型便携式血糖仪与日立7180型生化分析仪测定血糖结果的比对分析

目的探讨高州市人民医院临床科室POCT血糖仪与生化分析仪检测结果的一致性。方法比对26台易捷QS-A型血糖仪和日立7180型生化分析仪在7个浓度阶段检测水平的血糖标本结果,分别分析各台血糖仪的性能和整体水平。结果除测定葡萄糖浓度<2.0mmol/L和葡萄糖浓度>23.64mmol/L的极高值不能准确测定,在仪器检测限其他范围,26台血糖仪准确性及重复性较好。结论血糖仪检测与生化分析仪检测结果一致性较好,能满足临床应用和家庭应用需要,结果过低或过高时,应经生化分析仪复查。

COMPARISON OF HANDHELD GLUCOSE METER AND HITACHI 7180 BIOCHEMISTRY ANALYZER ON DETECTING OF BLOOD SUGAR

Objective To investigate the concordance of the test results by the handheld glucose meter of Gaozhou’s people hospital and the biochemistry analyzer.Methods Compared the 26 units on the Express QS-A-type blood glucose meter with the Hitachi 7180 biochemical analyzer-type concentration in the seven stages of test results of specimens of blood glucose levels,blood glucose meter,respectively analysis of the units and the overall level of performance.Results In addition to determination of glucose concentration<2.0mmol/L and glucose>23.64mmol/L was not an accurate determination of the high value,Other areas of the instrument detection limit,26 sets of blood glucose meter accuracy and good reproducibility.Conclusion Glucose detected with biochemical analyzer results in good concordancecan satisfy the needs of clinical and home applications,when the result is too low or too high,the methodology should be base on biological analyzer review.
