| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨儿科护患纠纷防范对策。方法:分析我院儿科26起护患纠纷。结果:纠纷原因涉及护患关系、管理因素、护士因素、家长因素等多方面。结论:防范护患纠纷应从更新服务观念、提高综合素质、加强护患沟通、实施隐患教育、改进查对细节、改善工作环境等方面着手。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the strategies to nurse-patient dispute in pediatrics.Methods：To analyze 26 nurse-patient disputes in our department.Results：The causes of dispute relate of nurse-patient relationship,management,nurse and patients′ family.Conclusion：The strategies include updating concept,building ability,strengthening communication,enforcing education,improving check and amending work environment. |
