| 摘 要： | 目的评价低频重复经颅磁刺激对急性脑梗死失语患者语言功能恢复的治疗作用。方法选择176例急性左侧半球脑梗死伴失语的右利手患者,按收治时间分为治疗组96例,对照组80例。治疗组接受常规药物治疗和言语训练7d后接受30d的低频rTMS治疗,1次.d-1,对照组仅接受常规药物治疗和言语训练。2组在治疗前后采用波斯顿诊断性失语严重程度分级标准进行失语症严重程度分级及疗效评定。结果治疗组失语程度较对照组明显改善(χ2=12.646,P=0.027),治疗组总有效率(93.75%)明显高于对照组(83.75%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.531,P=0.033)。结论早期低频rTMS治疗能改善脑梗死失语患者的语言功能。
