分泌性中耳炎患者血清及耳积液HA及白介素的变化观察

目的：观察分泌性中耳炎患者血清及耳积液HA及白介素的变化情况。方法选取2011年12月～2013年7月于本院进行诊治的42例分泌性中耳炎患者为观察组,并以42名健康人员为对照组,然后将观察组血清及耳积液HA、白介素和对照组的血清HA、白介素进行比较。结果观察组的血清HA、白介素水平均高于对照组,且慢性分泌性中耳炎患者的血清及耳积液检测结果均高于急性分泌性中耳炎患者,耳积液检测结果高于血清检测结果,P均＜0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论分泌性中耳炎患者血清及耳积液HA及白介素呈现异常的状态,且慢性期患者更为明显,耳积液的检测水平均高于血清含量,因此可用于疾病的诊断与治疗监测的指标。

Observation on the change of serum and ear fluid HA and interleukin of patients with secretory otitis media

Objective To observe the change situation of serum and ear fluid HA and interleukin of patients with secretory otitis media. Methods 42 patients with secretory otitis media who were with diagnosis and treatment in our hospital from December 2011 to July 2013 were the observation group,42 healthy people at the corresponding time were the control group,then the serum and ear fluid HA and interleukin of observation group and serum HA and interleukin of control group were compared. Results The serum HA and interleukin of observation group were all higher than those of control group,the serum and ear fluid detection results of patients with chronic secretory otitis media were higher than those with acute secretory otitis media,and the detection results of ear fluid were higher than those of serum detection results,all P〈0.05,there were all significant differences. Conclusion The serum and ear fluid HA and interleukin of patients with secretory otitis media show an abnormal state,and the indexes of patients with chronic secretory otitis media are more obvious,the detection levels of ear fluid are higher than those of serum levels,so it can be as the indexes of treatment and monitoring of treatment.
