卡巴胆碱对休克延迟复苏大鼠脏器功能的影响

摘    要:
目的研究卡巴胆碱对烫伤休克大鼠延迟复苏时脏器功能的影响。方法 Wistar大鼠随即分假烧伤组(A组),标准组(B组),对照组(C组),卡巴胆碱组(D组),制备30%体表面积Ⅲ度烫伤模型。C组经损伤处理0.5h后管饲卡巴胆碱。损伤处理后大鼠经外科游离颈静脉及颈动脉并分别置入无菌导管,以微蠕动泵控制输入乳酸钠林格液,对照组和卡巴胆碱组给药剂量及输注速度为标准组药量或输注速度的1/2。A组仅行备皮及动、静脉导管置入,无任何损伤处理及后续措施。数据采纳输注相关液体后0,1,2,4h二组的血细胞比容(Hct)、平均动脉压(MAP)及心率(HR)等,同时检测大鼠肝、肾、肠组织血量。结果 D组经处理2h及4h后可明显降低心率,提升血压,改善烧伤休克大鼠早期脏器的功能。结论卡巴胆碱能够维护烧伤大鼠休克早期的脏器功能,同时减少机体液量需求,对休克及并发症的处理具有明显积极意义。

EFFECTS OF CARBACHOL ON ORGAN FUNCTION OF BURN SHOCK DELAYED RESUSCITATION IN RATS

Abstract:
Objective To study the effects of Carbachol on organ function of burn shock delayed resuscitation in rats.Methods Wistar rats were divided into false burn group(group A),standard group(group B),control group(group C)and Carbachol group(group D),then 30% BSA third degree burn model was prepared.Group C was received Carbachol at half an hour after oral administration of.The scalded rats first exposed jugular vein,artery incision and inserted into a sterile silicone tube,with a micro peristaltic pump control input of lactated Ringer's solution.The control group and the Kaba group were transfused drugs according to the standard dose of choline or velocity of the given 1/2,while group A only shearing,jugular vein,artery intubation,but not scald and rehydration.Recording fluid infusion was started after 0,1,2,4h in two groups in mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),hematocrit(Hct)etc.Determination of hepatic,renal,intestinal tissue blood flow was performed.Results Carbachol could significantly reduce heart rate,elevated blood pressure,improve early organ blood flow in burn shock rats.Conclusion Carbachol can improve early organ blood flow of burn shock in rats,reduce the amount of fluid needs,contribute to prevention of complications.
