摘 要: | 目的分析空心螺钉经前踝内固定治疗后踝关节骨折的临床疗效。方法选择2008年10月-2013年6月收治的后踝骨折患者57例,均采用闭合复位空心螺钉经前踝内固定术治疗,并对其临床疗效进行评价。结果术后57例患者均获得6~36个月的随访,平均随访时间为18个月。骨折愈合时间8~12周,平均10周。依据美国AOFAS协会足踝评分系统对其临床疗效进行评估。57例患者得分为76~100分,平均96分,其中优54例(94.7%),良3例(5.3%),差0例,优良率为100%。结论闭合复位空心螺钉经前踝内固定治疗后踝关节骨折,具有创伤小、对周围血运破坏少,骨折愈合快,踝关节功能恢复好等优点,值得临床推广应用。

CLINICAL ANAYSIS OF 57 CASES WITH AFTER ANKLE FRACTURE TREATMENT BY HOLLOW SCREW AFTER ANTERIOR ANKLE INTERNAL FIXATION |

Abstract: | Objective To analysis the clinical effect of posterior malleolar fracture treatment with cannulated screws through anterior malleolar. Methods A sample of 57 patients with posterior malleolar fracture was enrolled from Octohr 2008 to June 2013. All the patients were given cannulated stews with closed reduction and then to evaluate its clinical effect. Results All patients were followed up from 6 months to 36 months, average followingup time was 18 months. Fracture healing time was from 8 weeks to 12 weeks, their average symphysis time was 10 weeks. The clinical results were analyzed by American AOFAS ankle scoring system. The score of all the patients was from 76 to 100, the average score was 96, the number of superior, fine and bad was 54 (94. 7% ), 3 (5.3% ) and 0 respectively, and the good rate was 100%. Conclusion The closed reduction and cannulated screws internal fixation posterior ankle fracture through anterior ankle have the advantages of minimal invasion and less destruction in blood supply. Fracture healing time is significantly reduced. This method is worthy clinical promotion. |
