| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨健康信念模式与青光眼患者局部用药依从性的关系。方法:随机抽取各54例青光眼患者并设为观察组和对照组,采用健康信念量表和青光眼患者局部用药依从性量表进行问卷调查。结果:青光眼患者健康信念水平和局部用药依从性差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:应用健康信念模式能有效地改善青光眼患者的焦虑状态,减轻患者的思想压力,提高患者局部用药的依从性,促进疾病康复。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the relationship between health belief model and glaucoma patients＇ compliance with topical medication. Methods： Glaucoma patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, and investigated using the health belief form and the compliance form. Totally 54 cases in every group were surveyed. Results： There was significantly positive correlation between the health belief level and the compliance with topical medication in glaucoma patients. Conclusion： Applying health belief model can reduce glaucoma patients＇ anxiety level, improve their compliance with topical medication. |
