摘    要:目的 观察游泳训练对水浸束缚应激大鼠血清一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)和胃泌素(GAS)的影响.方法 以大鼠为实验对象,制备大鼠应激性胃肠黏膜损害模型--水浸束缚应激(WRS)模型,选用健康雄性Wistar大鼠48只,随机分为3组,每组16只.A组:适当游泳训练和水浸束缚应激;B组:适当游泳训练;C组:无游泳训练但有水浸束缚应激.结束水浸束缚应激试验后,检测3组大鼠血清NO、NOS、GAS水平.结果 结束应激实验后,3组大鼠均存活,A组大鼠血清NO、NOS、GAS水平明显高于B组(FNO=2.88,FNOS=2.79,FGAS=2.96;P<0.05)和C组(FNO=3.11,FNOS=2.86,FGAS=3.30;P<0.05);B组大鼠血清NO、NOS、GAS水平明显高于C组(FNO=2.57,FNOS=3.19,FGAS=3.61;P<0.05).结论 适当游泳训练能提高应激大鼠胃肠激素分泌,提高胃黏膜抗损害的能力.

Abstract:Objective To study effects of swimming training on the levels of serum NO,NOS and gastrin in water immersion restraint stress(WRS)rats.Methods Wistar Rats were regared as experiment objects,which were used to prepare WRS models.48 healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:group A(given suit swimming exercise and water immersion restraint stress,n=16),B(siren suit swimming exercise only,n=16)and C(given water immersion restraint stress only,n=16).The serum levels of NO.NOS and gastrin in WRs rats were detected.Results After WRS experiment,all rats were survival.The serum levels of NO,NOS and gastrin in group A were significantly higher than those in group B and C(P<0.05).The serum levels of NO,NOS and gastrin in group B were significantly higher than those in group C(P<0.05).Conclusions Suitable swimming exercise Can elevate stress of gastroenterological hormone secretion and strengthen resistance of stomach mucosal damage in rats.
