| 摘 要： | 目的 总结非扩髓带锁髓内钉治疗粉碎性胫腓骨骨干骨折的临床经验、方法使用非扩髓带锁髓内钉治疗粉碎性胫腓骨骨干骨折47例，其中闭合性骨折36例，开放性骨折11例。结果患行5个月内骨折完全愈合，膝关节、踝关节功能均正常。2例开放性多段骨折患者，术后患肢红肿热痛经切开引流和应用抗生素，感染得到控制。结论 非扩髓带锁髓内钉能有效地稳定胫腓骨粉碎性骨折，减少骨折局部血运的破坏，有利于骨折的愈合。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experience of using unreamed interlocking intramedullary nails in the treatment of comminuted tibiofibular fractures. Methods 47 comminuted tibiofibular fractures were treated with unreamed interlocking intramedullary nails, which included close fractures (36 cases) and open fractures (11). Results All fractures healed within 5 months and got normal knee and ankle joint functions. 2 cases of open fractures complicated with mild infection and healed after open drainage and antibiotics administration. Conclusions Unreamed interlocking intramedullary nail can be used to treat comminuted tibiofibular diaphyseal fractures effectively. It could reduce impairment of the local blood supply, which is beneficial to fracture healing. |
