二甲地黄汤合达英-35治疗肾虚肝郁型PCOS的临床疗效

目的 观察二甲地黄汤联合达英-35对肾虚肝郁型多囊卵巢综合征（polycystic ovary syndrome，PCOS）患者卵泡发育、子宫内膜厚度及促黄体生成素（luteinizing hormone，LH）、睾酮（testosterone，T）和促卵泡刺激素（follicle stimulating hormone，FSH）、亲吻素（kisspeptin，Kp）的影响。方法 选取2020年4月至2022年4月丽水市中医院收治的肾虚肝郁型PCOS患者60例，采用随机数字表法分为分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。对照组给予达英-35口服治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加服二甲地黄汤，观察两组患者治疗前后血清FSH、LH、T、Kp水平，并于治疗前后采用B超监测优势卵泡直径、排卵及子宫内膜厚度。结果 两组患者治疗后中医症状积分、LH、T、Kp均显著降低（P<0.05），成熟卵泡直径显著增大（P<0.01），子宫内膜显著增厚（P<0.05）；与对照组比较，观察组中医症状积分、血清LH水平下降均更加明显（P<0.05），而成熟卵泡增大及子宫内膜增厚更加明显（P<0.05），且排卵率显著优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 二甲地黄汤联合达英-35可降低肾虚肝郁型PCOS患者血清LH、T、Kp水平，最终改善肾虚肝郁型PCOS患者生殖激素水平、卵泡发育、排卵以及子宫内膜厚度。

Clinical studie of Erjia dihuang soup combined with Daying-35 to treat kidney deficiency and liver depression type polycystic ovary syndrome

Objective To observe the effect of Daying-35 combined with Erjia dihuang soup on follicular development, endometrium thickness and reproductive hormone, follicule-stimulating hormone (FSH), lutein hormone (LH), testosterone (T) and kisspeptin (Kp) in patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression type polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). Methods A total of 60 patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression type PCOS admitted to Lishui Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group using randomized numerical table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given Daying-35 oral treatment, on the basis of the control group observation group with Erjia dihuang soup, observe serum LH, T, Kp levels in two groups of patients, and using B ultrasound monitoring superior follicle diameter, ovulation and endometrial thickness. Results TCM symptoms, LH, T and Kp levels were significantly reduced (P<0.05), larger diameter (P<0.01), endometrial thickening (P<0.01), serum LH (P<0.05), endometrial thickening and ovulation(P<0.05) were better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Erjia dihuang group combined with Daying-35 can reduce serum LH, T and Kp levels, and ultimately improve reproductive hormone levels, follicle development, ovulation and endometrial thickness in patients with kidney deficiency liver depression type polycystic ovary syndrome.
