| 摘 要： | 目的探讨输尿管镜结合钬激光治疗输尿管结石的有效性和安全性。方法回顾性分析汉中市中心医院2007年4月至2008年4月应用输尿管镜结合钬激光治疗输尿管结石75例的资料,其中68例伴有轻度～中度积水,体外震波碎石无效的10例,术中发现合并息肉形成或炎症组织包裹的12例,狭窄4例。结果75例中单次碎石成功率94.7%(71/75),2例结石上移至肾脏,2例合并输尿管狭窄者,在钬激光切开过程中穿孔,改开放手术。结论输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石安全、高效、微创,住院周期短,手术技巧容易掌握,是输尿管结石首选的治疗方法。
