| 摘 要： | 目的探讨影响先天性心脏病64层螺旋CT检查成像质量的因素。方法收集156例先天性心脏病患者的一般资料，先天性心脏病64层螺旋CT检查的方法。结果156例患者成像质量达到诊断要求的有150例，6例1周后重做成功。研究显示，患者的年龄，心率，呼吸的控制，心理因素及造影剂的浓度和药量及摄影条件，留置针穿刺部位是成像质量影响的因素。结论对患者检查前进行有效的评估，使用有效的干预方法，以降低患者的心率，稳定患者情绪，取得患者的配合，确保造影剂的顺利进入患者体内，保证检查一次成功，减少对患者的伤害，提高成像质量。 |

INVESTIGATION ON QUALITY OF IMAGING OF 64 - SLICE SPIRAL CT FOR CONGENITAL HEART DISEASE AND ITS AFFCTION FACTOR |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the quality of imaging of 64 - slice spiral CT about affective factor for congenital heart disease. Methods A total of 156 patients with congenital heart disease were investigated, the data of common records and 64 - slice spiral CT were collected. Results There were 150 patients＂ imaging achieved diagnosis purpose, other 6 patients received a repeat checked after one week and be successful ultimately. The results showed that patients＂ age, heart rates, breath, mentality, contrast medicament concentration and injective position were the affective factors of quality of 64 - slice spiral CT imaging for congenital heart disease. Conclusions It can improve the quality of imaging by using effective method to intervene and nurse patients before checkup of congenital heart disease 64 - slice spiral CT. |
