| 摘 要： | 目的调查该院消化内科住院患者营养风险、营养不足发生率及营养支持应用情况。方法采用定点连续抽样,对消化内科218例老年住院病人应用欧洲营养风险筛查（NRS 2002）方法进行营养风险筛查,统计营养不良、营养风险发生率和营养治疗率。结果消化内科老年住院患者入院时营养不良的发生率为23.9%,营养风险的总发生率为46.3%,入院后患者营养支持率为29.4%。结论 NRS2002能有效筛查消化疾病住院患者营养状况,消化内科老年住院病人的营养不良发生率和营养风险发生率较高,目前的营养治疗方式存在着一定的不合理性,应重视肠内营养的应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the Malnutrition,nutritional risk and the application of nutrition therapy among eldly inpatients in the Department of Gastroenterology.Methods 218 eldly inpatients in the Department of Gastroenterology were enrolled in this protocol.Nutritional Risk Screening 2002(NRS 2002) was performed on the next morning after admission.Results Respectively,in all 218 patients,the total rate of Malnutrition was 23.9%(52 cases) and the prevalence of nutritional risk(NRS≥3) was 46.3%(101 cases).Totally,64 patients(29.4%) received nutition therapy.Conclusion NRS2002 was a feasible nutritional risk screening tool in the Department of Gastroenterology. |
