深圳市学龄儿童β3肾上腺能受体基因多态性研究

目的：探讨β3肾上腺能受体基因（β3-AR）多态性在深圳市学龄儿童中的分布情况及其意义。方法：用基因多态性分析方法对236名儿童陪β3-AR基因型进行调查分析，并测量其身高、体质量、计算体重指数（BMI）。结果：调查结果中有Trp64Arg基因型的分布，以女童肥胖者为多。有Trp64Arg变异的女童，其BMI高于无变异者。结论：深圳市学龄儿童中有β3肾上腺能受体变异基因型的分布，其与女童的肥胖有关。

Gene Polymorphism Study of β3 Adrenergic Receptor in School Aged Children in Shenzhen

Objective：To find out the distribution and significance of generic mutation of β3-adrenergie receptor in school-age children in shenzhen. Methods： 236 children were investigated by the method of restricted fragment length polymorphism for the genetic mutation,their height and weight were measured and body mass index （BMI） calculated. Results ：The results showed that there was genetic mutation among the 236 children,especially in obese girls. The BMI of girls with genetic mutation was higher than that of the girls without the mutation. Conclusion ：There is genetic mutation of β3-adrenergic receptor among the children in shenzhen and the genetic mutation is numerous in obese girls.
