循证护理在老年患者清洁灌肠治疗中的应用

目的 探讨应用循证护理两种不同清洁灌肠方法的效果.方法 将我院342例结肠镜检查需要行清洁灌肠的病人分为2组,观察组用教科书上传统的清洁灌肠法,而对照组经循证后采用改良式的清洁灌肠法,比较2组患者的灌肠液量、灌肠液在肠道停留的时间、患者的舒适度、肠道的清洁度.结果 采用改良式清洁灌肠法患者的灌肠液量较多,灌肠液在肠道停留时间较长,患者的舒适度增加,肠道的清洁度都明显优于传统组的清洁灌肠.结论 改良式清洁灌肠在老年病人中应用能减轻病人的痛苦,收到良好的清洁肠道效果.

Application of evidence based nursing on cleansing enema treatment for elder patients
